I don't like using the app. It's hard to retrieve code when I get to kiosk. Also, I realized when I got my charge statement that I was double charged for a car wash within 1 minute of original purchase. I feel it's easier to just pay as I get to kiosk. I wish could just enter phone # when get to kiosk to acknowledge who you are. I have never been able to scan my code from phone not even with employees help and was wondering if that's how I got overcharged. Waste of time to pay ahead....

It does not show active memberships. When you search the active memberships it comes up and it ask to confirm if that me and you but the membership date shows currwnt date and not when you first purchase. migrating the vehicles, it does not show the current payment credit card on file. you have to add a new payment credit card. Does not allow me to update the year of the current car, it takes me to add as a new vehicle. Sent messages for assistance. Hopefully, I don't get overcharged.

I have not been able to simply upload my free wash to my membership from the rewards program...every time I drive up the system picks up my regular wash. I drove to 3 locations after different attempts, I had to wave someone to assist me after 2 other reps "assisted". the other challenge I have is uploading my birthday points, I was able to last year but this year there is nowhere to click "add points". Other than that I like Jet brite.
