Ratings and reviews

it sucks. Their "cistomer service" tells me I have to download the app for easy service. NOT! I download the app. Their system still doesn't recognize me. 3 weeks ago my membership was paid. They still don't acknowledge me. So much for fast and convenient. it'd be faster, easier and cheaper to drag out the hose and bucket at home.

Does not show my plan and so no rewards being awarded. machine recognizes my tag when I drive up though. Customer service never got back to me, the actual wash is decent but the platform and customer service sucks. if they arent going to effectively track and grant rewards and advertised it should be cheaper though.

I currently have 2 unlimited memberships, neither of which show in the app. I have attempted to contact customer support via email multiple times with no success. If I log in to account via the internet, my memberships show. The app is not in sync with the web, clearly. It is not intuitive.
