Ratings and reviews

had this app put all my info in, nothing recognized. Had options to reach out by text, email or phone. I sent text to their number they provided. months went by no response. then I email, they said they don't monitor texts. why give that option? then they told me I had the wrong app, that app doesn't work either. after a 1yr of membership, I am cancelling and going elsewhere.

it sucks. Their "cistomer service" tells me I have to download the app for easy service. NOT! I download the app. Their system still doesn't recognize me. 3 weeks ago my membership was paid. They still don't acknowledge me. So much for fast and convenient. it'd be faster, easier and cheaper to drag out the hose and bucket at home.

Too bad 0 stars is not an option.Tried to use the app 5 times. Actually just reinstalled it so that I could leave this review. No way to link an account from the website. It's impossible to navigate, and the list goes on. Why have an app that can't be used. Once I submit this review I'm deleting it again. This app is one step above a hacker from Russia. It doesn't steal your money up front.
