Doesn't work.. always has issues & says I can't buy a wash. I tried to sign up for monthly plans but says I'm to far away from location & yes my location is sharing..it's right up the street from me. Love your wash but lost my business..even when I had a first free wash on you guys the attendant couldn't get it to work from the app.

I like the car wash, employers are great, but the app is so clunky & not at all helpful or useful. Very frustrating trying to use it, for numerous reasons! It really needs some improvements. I also am not happy that you cannot actually upgrade basic washes with individual other available options, i.e., today I want a tire shine, or an extra nice wax job, etc. ZERO options. I pay for a monthly plan, but having no individual upgrade options ... makes me want to go elsewhere. Bummer.

We're in Rigby and migrated from Wicked Wash to Tag-N-Go right when they took over and have had nothing but problems with our acct ever since. I've been to the office twice to resolve our acct. We get billed for 3 cars every month but went to get car washed this morning, as i did two days ago, and they don't show we have an acct. Seriously!#?. The app is not helpful at all in showing Total Amt charged for 3 cars just that you get $5 discount for more than 1 car.
