worst app ever , have always used my phone for everything and it says the log in is registered to another device and you can only change devices once every 30 days. I have never heard of such a thing. I have had nothing but issues since first signing up at the car wash, first they couldn't find me in the records, yet I was being billed every month, it took like 2 months to get it figured out. Geeez!! Love the car wash facility though!

This company bought out the local location that had a membership at and used RFID tags. One day I was told I had to download an app to continue my membership with Tsunami, and enter my license plate number and other completely unnecessary details for a car wash. On top of that, they could not link my legacy account, rendering the services unavailable to me, as well as continued to charge me, all while I had no way to manage my membership. Will never return to this location.

Big runaround that wastes time and ultimately money. Looks slick but in important ways doesn't do what its extensive menu offers. The app has several ways to get help but, surprise, that's screwed up. Am beginning to think this is intentional, not accidental, and I plan to call my state's consumer protection office. Otherwise I will be auto-charged every month on my credit card for a car wash plan that's too expensive.
