Big runaround that wastes time and ultimately money. Looks slick but in important ways doesn't do what its extensive menu offers. The app has several ways to get help but, surprise, that's screwed up. Am beginning to think this is intentional, not accidental, and I plan to call my state's consumer protection office. Otherwise I will be auto-charged every month on my credit card for a car wash plan that's too expensive.

migrated everything into the app, even had to put in my payment information. now I see only 1 plan but I'm being charged for 2. contact customer service regarding it and get told id hear back from someone within 3 days. never had this much issue prior to the app

Unable to migrate my account, keeps saying it needs State. I picked the state, entered my plate and it says I'm not a member. I've BEEN a member since 2023. The app comes up with my plan, vehicle make, color and year.. and my next billing date... It also says I've never used my account and am not a member . I've used it several times a month for 2 years.
