The app asks way too much personal information. I resorted to the app because they failed to actually cancel my membership when I went in person after a transfer from a car wash they acquired from Take 5. Wash people said I could also cancel in the app. I can't connect my account without all the personal information, which includes adding a credit card they shouldn't need, seeing they are already billing me. BTW, the car wash quality is a huge decline from Take 5. Profit over service.

This app, like the car wash itself, does not work well. I've had a membership for several months but the app does acknowledge me. When I use the migrate tool it says my vehicle has already been migrated. As for the car wash, I spend more time wiping down the places the car wash missed than I do inside the car wash. I'm now looking for the exit door to cancel my membership.

I was forced to download this app to try and cancel my account. I was told I'd be paying $10 a month for 6 months.. instead I'm getting charged $45 a month with no way to cancel. no one to call. I can't even change my details on the app. probably the worst decision I've made.
