interface designed by someone who doesn't use this app. Not easy to navigate looks like a work in progress. Can find an account created at a local wash location with its migration tool. Huge disappointment. If I encounter account or billing issues, I'm done.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Trying to manage my membership, which Tsunami no longer allows members to do on the website. Instead I was forced to migrate my membership to this non-functioning app. It asks for the state of my license plate, then will not accept it and I can't move forward.

horrible company, becareful if you click the wrong button on the app it will say you washed you just used your daily vehicle wash without even going to car wash. cant even update information through app such as license plate info. dealing with this company has been nothing but unpleasant especially with the constant double billing.
