Unable to cancel subscription one the app or website. Have to call to talk to someone but I have never actually gotten a representative when calling in so I have to leave a message and wait for a call back so they can try to talk me into keeping my subscription that I don't want. Just let me cancel my subscription.

Went to the location to cancel service as I was there a week earlier and asked how to cancel. Manager said stop in the office and we'll cancel it. Fast forward one week and I stopped in the office to cancel and the guy said he can't do it and gave me a card the tells you to set up an online account. Took 20 minutes to set up the account and then get to the section to manage your account. Clicked on cancel service and it gave me a fricken 800 number to call and cancel. So damn frustrating!
