They charge more than what they show that they will charge For instance I was playing individual studying the charge is 5 coins but 10 coins will be deducted from my balance. And again why is the minimum withdrawal 20gh

My highest withdrawal was 1 cedi last year. I've made countless purchases on coins and played so many times, yet, my reward seems stuck at 6.85 cedis with no increase no matter how many times I played and bought coins or updated the app. Contacted support and as usual, no reply. Don't waste your time downloading.

The app doesn't stick to it's policy. The app is supposed to reward the user 0.2 or 0.3 per question depending on the type of quiz the person chose. It's rewarding 0.15 per question instead. What kind of scam is this . Kindly do something about it
