Ratings and reviews

The app service is the worst. The app doesn't process payments correctly, and they don't display the sale amount at the current market rate. This is causing significant losses. I invested ₹1 lakh, but there's a huge discrepancy between the current market price and the sale amount, and I'm not receiving any response to my calls or emails.

Strange to see that despite of being forced to highlight the issue on play store, as no proper response was received from all the other mediums, only a template reply has been received from your end, only regarding the app, & totally unrelated to the issue. Plus, no concrete solution for the issue has been provided even now. Lack of response, followed by much delayed response, further followed by irresponsible and misleading email response, has compelled me to reduce 1 star from the app rating.

I had a very bad experience. After enabling Daily SIP, it automatically stops within 3–4 days. I have tried many times to update my Aadhaar details during KYC, but it does not get updated. Despite sending emails and messages to customer care, I am not receiving any support. And when I try to call the customer care number given in application, the call doesn’t connect.
