DokuPortal – the mobile app for occupational health physicians and safety specialists. Create care reports, inspection reports, and company master data sheets directly on-site – even without an internet connection.
WHAT DokuPortal CAN DO
• Care reports: Record activities, action lists, and photos. Assign participants (occupational health physicians/safety specialists), save reports as drafts or final versions.
• Inspection reports: Document inspections, complete checklists, and assign photos.
• Company master data sheet: Master data, contacts (contact person, safety officer, first aiders, designated personnel), labor inspectorate. Automatic notifications regarding safety officer and first aider requirements.
• Email sending: Send reports immediately or on a schedule via email – including PDF attachments.
• Offline use: Work even without a connection. Changes are synchronized as soon as you are back online.
• Photos: Take photos on-site with the camera, assign them to reports, and upload them automatically.
