This is the third time the app randomly stops making an audible notification. I had to change the notification tone within the app and it made an audible tone-fixed. This was the same thing that happened a few years ago. Another time I had to completely uninstall and reinstall the app. This shouldn't happen. I was on call last night. This could have been a serious delay in patient care if I had been paged and could have affected a patient's outcome. NOT COOL.

Issue based been occurring the past 2 months or so. Pages will be sent to my phone but no Audio notification, only a 2 pulse vibration. It worked fine the prior year and a half. I have an an android phone, the volume is at max, chimes is selected in the app and the phone was restarted this morning. All other apps/notifications still have audio notifications. On another occasion I had restarted in the evening, but then pages after midnight had the same issue with no audio.
