ASWAN is the official field operations mobile application for AMTRON (Assam Electronics Development Corporation), built to support government networking infrastructure deployment across Assam.
Designed for field engineers and project managers, ASWAN streamlines every step of the on-ground workflow — from conducting site surveys to tracking daily attendance and managing local travel claims.
📋 Field Surveys Submit detailed site surveys for fiber optic, LAN, and router installation projects. Capture GPS coordinates, site photos, floor map sketches, equipment requirements, and infrastructure conditions — all from your phone.
🕐 Attendance Mark daily attendance with GPS-tagged check-in and check-out. Request remote attendance when working off-site, subject to admin approval. View your full monthly attendance history.
🚗 Local Conveyance Start and end travel tours with GPS tracking. Add stop-by-stop waypoints linked to project sites and fiber junctions. Submit completed tours for manager approval and track reimbursement status.
📁 Projects Project Managers can view all assigned projects, track status from survey to commissioning, and stay updated on work order progress.
🎫 Support Raise helpdesk tickets for application or field issues. Track resolution status and communicate with the support team directly from the app.
🔔 Push Notifications Get instant alerts for project assignments, survey tasks, attendance approvals, conveyance decisions, and broadcast messages from administrators.
