I want to love this app but some customers are having issues finalizing their payments for an order. Also, the "try it on" feature for makeup doesn't work properly. I've given the permission necessary, but I am unable to do a live makeup or take a photo function as it's saying that I need permission. When I click on upload photo, nothing happens. I've tried numerous times and at this point, I'm going in a circle. Please help.

This application was a disaster earlier, and it is still a disaster. You cannot place an order properly because the app hangs constantly. If it hangs on a brand-new ₹40,000 mobile phone, imagine how it performs on older devices. Prefered Customers are unable to log in, and the application is full of bugs. Please make this application smooth and stable, the way other e-commerce applications in the market operate.

Good morning. I am habing an issue with the app. When you sign in the first display page isn't coming up. The MyBiz page with the summary of my performance. When it loads it just says something went wrong please try again. How can this be fixed. Thank you.
