Demo mode added. When the demo server is up you can join the game by using gamecode (capital letters): DEMOSERVER
The demo server automatickly draws numbers until full Bingo is reached, and start over.
Players may report Bingo just as in a normal game, and the server will reply with auto replies.
Player may ask for a 2 minute pause by sending the message with the text: Timeout
