About this app

BillBox keeps every invoice, utility bill and warranty in one place, so you stop digging through drawers and e-mail.

Take a photo of a bill, upload a PDF or simply forward it to your personal BillBox address. The app reads the supplier, date, amount, IBAN and reference and fills in the form; you check the details next to the picture of the bill and save. The bill stays in BillBox even if you delete the photo from your phone.

Paying is quick and typo-free: BillBox creates a payment QR code (EPC/SEPA for European banks, UPN for Slovenia) that you scan with your own banking app. You always see the payee, amount and reference before you pay.

Keep shop receipts for warranties and returns: pick the product when you save the receipt and BillBox reminds you before the warranty runs out.

What BillBox does:

Reading bills is free to try; for regular use choose the Mine plan (private users) or the More plan (sole traders and small businesses). Manual entry, warranties and QR payment are free without limits.

Your data is stored encrypted on servers in the European Union and is never shared with third parties. You can delete your account and all data at any time.
