Disappointed and by far the worst banking experience I am having with ANB, I opened a digital account, made my first transaction and after ever since, I am unable to make any transactions, the funds are stuck and it has not been sorted out from over a week now. helpline or making a complaint not working at all. The problem was solved after many attempts.

My ANB account was restricted without any explanation, even though my Iqama is still valid for another month. I called customer support twice, but they only told me to update the app and visit the nearest branch. No one explained the reason or tried to help. This is unacceptable. Restricting a customer's account without notice causes serious inconvenience. ANB needs to improve its customer service and provide clear communication and faster resolutions.

ANB wants you to update your informations thru apps but cannot edit profile information thru Web and Mobile Apps then they will restricted your account because they need your update information. Can you fix this it is important matter? Thank you.
