I recently opened an account with ANB, and I've noticed that their mobile application is experiencing significant performance issues, particularly with slow response times when navigating or opening various options. In contrast, I find the Riyadh Bank application to be remarkably fast and efficient. I kindly request that the ANB software development team address these performance concerns to improve the user experience.

Disappointed and by far the worst banking experience I am having with ANB, I opened a digital account, made my first transaction and after ever since, I am unable to make any transactions, the funds are stuck and it has not been sorted out from over a week now. helpline or making a complaint not working at all. The problem was solved after many attempts.
