It can be used by a diverse range of personnel, including building managers, maintenance staff, facility/security/cleaning personnel, entrusted management companies, tenant representatives, and owners, with screens and permissions tailored to their specific roles.

· Electronic Approval — Submit approval documents such as expenditures and proposals, and approve or reject them step-by-step. Receive push notifications upon processing.

· Daily Work Report — Create and approve daily reports for management, facilities, electricity, security, cleaning, and outsourcing companies according to the provided templates.

· Attendance & Work Log — Manage attendance records and status by building.

· Annual Leave Management — Administrators can set annual leave for each member, and approved leave is automatically deducted.

· Notices & Boards — Manage announcements, free boards, Q&A, archives, and minutes with viewing permissions specific to each board. Supports keyword search and highlighting within the boards. · File Attachment — Attach large files such as documents and images (upload progress displayed).

· Households & Maintenance Fees — Manage household information and maintenance fee billing history.

· Multi-Building Support — Switch between multiple buildings and manage them in an integrated manner from a single account.

· Notifications — Receive push notifications for important changes, such as approval requests and processing.

You can use the service immediately in your assigned building after signing up. For unassigned buildings, access is required after applying for administrator approval. You can withdraw your membership at any time via 'My Info > Withdraw Membership' within the app.
