Track your consumption and see where your electricity comes from
With the Andel Energi app, you can track your consumption and compare it to last year. For example, see if you have been a better light switcher this year than last year. You can also see which energy sources are coming from right now and 24 hours in the future.

See your electricity price and find your bills
As a customer of Andel Energi, you can always see your electricity price in the app and the expected electricity price for the entire coming week. This way, you can see when it is most profitable for you to swing the vacuum cleaner.
You can also always find all your bills and get an overview of which bills you have paid or have yet to pay.

The price of electricity goes up and down. And if you have an electricity contract with a variable hourly rate, your electricity price changes hour by hour. That is why it may be a good idea to keep an eye on the electricity price – perhaps you can save both money and CO2 if you wait a little with the laundry or move the charging of the electric car away from the most expensive hours to the cheapest times. If you have an electricity contract with a fixed electricity price around the clock, it can actually still pay off for you to keep an eye on your total electricity price. The price for transporting your electricity changes throughout the day.

App keeps crashing on Android Samsung S25 edge since yesterday 28th March when I want to check the hourly price. Phone tells me it has a bug and to update it once developers will have fixed it and released an update. I uninstalled and reinstalled it without success. cleared cache. restarted the phone. app is bugged.

Used to be ok, but Stopped working . It is not showing prices, because there 'seems to be a problem'. This is a recurring issue, happens about half of the time. Restarting, reinstalling etc. does not solve the issue. So it's become pretty useless. Also, please get the scaling in the widget right.

It used to work, but for about a year now, it hasn't. As others have reported, during starting, where it shows the 'rotating squares', they just disappear and a white screen with absolutely no text or graphics is instead displayed indefinitely. You have said it has been fixed, but it is not. Can be it has to do with the fact that my google account is in UK. But I have a DK property with supply from Andel Energy, so I should have access to the app as well. Very frustrated.
