Can't even get camera to open to scan! Worthless app! Lists stores and address that don't even participate! Called 2 times to verify United Stores were on list, given okay, load up cart, get to register just to find out they're not! Not to mention scanner doesn't work! Be prepared to pay out of pocket for half your stuff. extremely frustrating dealing with this app and card.

App is worthless anymore. I scan every single item and most show they are covered. When I get to the register and scan the items most are not covered. The one thing that really makes no sense to me is the items I am buying were covered before. They need to get this issue fixed. I am on a fixed income and don't have the extra money that it is costing me to get the things I need. l called no customer service and no one could help with the issue. What is funny some items not covered are covered.

The Scanner! I hope they fix it soon-I'm not comfortable guessing what covered. Keeping your balance updated is nice. Has anyone heard if they're or when they'll fix the scanner? It's not a lot of fun getting things denied at the register. The reciept doesn't tell you which items didn't go through. Its frustrating
