I have a Samsung A15. Many reviews here are saying the scanner doesn't work in their Samsung phones. I called the number given here and was told to uninstall and reinstall the app, I had done that twice before calling. It has my camera permissions as well. Bottom line they couldn't help me and told me to call back in 5 days lol. I took matters into my own hands. Hopefully this will help you, make sure the app is running in Google Chrome. Make it default, restart phone. Voila! Scanner works...

Scanner worked ONE time and stopped working. Pretty worthless on top of then calling customer service to see exactly what is covered in an area their brochure says is covered, and they have no idea whatsoever. Even told me their supervisor had no idea, and if I find out please call back and let them know. Ordering off the site is outrageously expensive and the selections are slim. Not impressed at all.

I can't use the scanner on my Samsung phone. I enabled the camera, but it says, "Permission is Denied! Enable camera permission in your settings. " I enabled everything I could, but there is no option to enable the camera in your app. My phone is a SamsungA53. I can use it on my old Samsung tablet, but it would be too heavy to carry when I want to go shopping. I'm not sure your app works properly because it accepts me to buy everything, not only OTCs, but toilet bowl cleaner, gloves, everything.
