Can't even log in... app asks for a password. Never had a password as I initially logged in with just my email, the same way I access the website. When I click "reset password" I never receive the email link... The only reason I want the app is to scan items to see if they're eligible. Seems like lots of folks have other issues with this app too.

App is worthless anymore. I scan every single item and most show they are covered. When I get to the register and scan the items most are not covered. The one thing that really makes no sense to me is the items I am buying were covered before. They need to get this issue fixed. I am on a fixed income and don't have the extra money that it is costing me to get the things I need. l called no customer service and no one could help with the issue. What is funny some items not covered are covered.

there's no way to enable your camera to the app. therefore you cant scan to see if the product is eligible. When it was scanning it was giving me the ok...but didnt pay for eligible items at the register. and they were unable to tell me what the card wasnt paying for. I feel like its all a scam. its embarrassing, a waste of time and inconvenient to say the least. it wouldn't pay for my eggs at Dollar General. Just tell me that there is no OTC instead of giving me the run around. K Thomas
