Scanner worked ONE time and stopped working. Pretty worthless on top of then calling customer service to see exactly what is covered in an area their brochure says is covered, and they have no idea whatsoever. Even told me their supervisor had no idea, and if I find out please call back and let them know. Ordering off the site is outrageously expensive and the selections are slim. Not impressed at all.

The Scanner! I hope they fix it soon-I'm not comfortable guessing what covered. Keeping your balance updated is nice. Has anyone heard if they're or when they'll fix the scanner? It's not a lot of fun getting things denied at the register. The reciept doesn't tell you which items didn't go through. Its frustrating

did not even work at the pharmacy at the Summa Hospital. lady there said she thought it was only there and it was their machines. I told her my card doesn't work to scan anywhere else either. what good is the scanner. It sometimes scans, but doesn't say if item is covered. Should have kept the OTC card from last few years. it was great.
