App is worthless anymore. I scan every single item and most show they are covered. When I get to the register and scan the items most are not covered. The one thing that really makes no sense to me is the items I am buying were covered before. They need to get this issue fixed. I am on a fixed income and don't have the extra money that it is costing me to get the things I need. l called no customer service and no one could help with the issue. What is funny some items not covered are covered.

Scanner worked ONE time and stopped working. Pretty worthless on top of then calling customer service to see exactly what is covered in an area their brochure says is covered, and they have no idea whatsoever. Even told me their supervisor had no idea, and if I find out please call back and let them know. Ordering off the site is outrageously expensive and the selections are slim. Not impressed at all.

The Scanner! I hope they fix it soon-I'm not comfortable guessing what covered. Keeping your balance updated is nice. Has anyone heard if they're or when they'll fix the scanner? It's not a lot of fun getting things denied at the register. The reciept doesn't tell you which items didn't go through. Its frustrating
