Ratings and reviews

The old app was better, and it wasn't great either. No nutrition info on this one and there aren't good descriptions of the products and menu selection, they've somehow made it less intuitive. They've also changed the rewards so it remains to be seen if they're better or worse for us. Probably worse. I don't know why there's a constant need for change with corporations. you know what consumers want? Value, quality, ethics, and CONSISTENCY.

I didn't think any changes were needed for this app. Also, I think they pumped the prices higher... the older look seemed and felt better to me. User friendliness hasn't changed much, but the older app felt better in general. Also I had alot of points saved (1,680) and somehow the system didn't bring over my previous saved points, now I only have 179 "coins" whatever that means.

Barely functional. Anything that scrolls jitters. It won't allow me to save my number to my profile so I have to put it in manually every time I place an order. It stopped accepting my password and locked me out so I had to get support to reset it. There's a re-order section that doesn't actually remember your order. The credit card info doesn't populate correctly. And the descriptions for the ingredients aren't helpful if you have dietary restrictions. It barely works and support is good.
