Ratings and reviews

Gets stuck most of the time and repeats only the Gotram and name without changing the mantram. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Adding to the above, Mahalaya Tharpanam procedure also is getting stuck into a endless loop. As a service, please make it work the way it is suppose to. Cannot stop the procedure in the middle, restart the app and skip to the stage where the app crashed everytime. It has happened ten times or more and is very frustrating. Feels like the annual subscription is a waste.

Very good app for doing tarpanam, works perfectly well, have been using it for more than 2 years now. the issue of female voice for Gothram and puthru namam has also been replaced with own voice a few months back. The only issue is the speed seems to be same for all three options, Beginner, intermediate and advanced all take approx 30 min. Having got used to it for last 2 years , I feel I can perform faster and complete in 20 min. Secondly time has to be given to perform achamanm, darbai etc.

I am using for two years satisfactorily however, responses to queries (via emails) can be improved. When mantras getting chopped (during chant) was replied, it will be corrected at next update, which didn’t happen fully yet. Late and inadequate response for confirmation of my online payment. No contact number to call anyone and confirm about it. Using the CONTACT US option, does not work as expected.
