If you want more control over more parameters and you want to try to do pizza with several characteristics, choose the personalized recipe. You can customize the recipe using several inputs like salt, hydration, duration, temperature, and oil. Pizzapp will calculate automatically the recipes. The formula is the result of personal experience and a hobbyists study of more people and you can change it accordingly with your experiment results.
