Company app does not work well, when trying to complete a drive. Which in return keeps you from getting the rest of your pay. Customer service is basically nonexistent. They hold the pay in a escrow account but will not pay it out. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Do not drive for them, unless you enjoy losing out on the hard-earned money you will end up spending on gas to do the ride and not get compensated for it.

had issues with the app which kept me from being able to complete the delivery and because of that I have been fighting to get the rest of my pay from them. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times with no helpful responses, can not get a real person on the line no matter how long I wait thought this was a good company to drive for based off of the reviews but obviously I was mistaken because its been over 2 weeks and i am still waiting to get paid which is unacceptable

not even able to create an account bc it says my phone number is not valid. funny bc it's been valid for the last 9 years. I tried adding the 1, nothing. still wouldn't work. there is literally no way to set up an account. horrible and literally unusable.
