Every weekend is a new challenge in Sprint Park. Choose what matters, help a self-managing crew finish the work, and open safe, usable attractions before time runs out.

Each level is one complete Scrum Sprint: Plan, Build, Inspect and Adapt. Success is not about starting the most work. It is about finishing the right work, delighting visitors and improving how your crew delivers.

MAKE SMART PLANS
Choose attractions that support each Sprint Goal and fit your limited capacity. Compare visitor value, attraction size and quality requirements before committing your crew.

BREAK BIG IDEAS INTO VALUE
Split oversized attraction ideas into smaller experiences that visitors can enjoy sooner. A finished playground may bring more joy than a half-built roller coaster.

KEEP THE CREW MOVING
Repair broken tools, deliver missing materials, clarify uncertain work and swipe away interruptions. When time is tight, help the team swarm around the attraction closest to Done.

BUILD, TEST AND OPEN
Guide attractions through Design, Build, Safety Test and Open. Only complete, tested attractions become part of your park and earn Visitor Joy. Rush an opening and technical debt may return as cracks, breakdowns and repairs.

LISTEN TO YOUR VISITORS
Watch families, teenagers and visitors with accessibility needs explore your latest attractions. Collect their feedback and use what you learn to change future priorities.

IMPROVE EVERY SPRINT
Choose one retrospective improvement after each opening. Test earlier, create smaller stories, protect the crew from interruptions or limit work in progress to make the next Sprint stronger.
