About this app

KarobarHelp is the simple business app for Indian shops and small businesses. Make bills, track stock, keep your udhaar khata, take bookings and get paid — all in your language.

MADE FOR YOUR KIND OF BUSINESS
Pick your business type — kirana, medical store, restaurant, clothing, mobile shop, salon, repair centre, tent house & rentals, catering & tiffin, building material, wholesale and more — and KarobarHelp sets up the right fields and words for you: batch & expiry for medicines, size & colour for clothes, table number for restaurants, site address and vehicle number for building material.

BILLING IN SECONDS
• GST and non-GST bills, with CGST/SGST/IGST worked out for you
• Prices that include GST (like MRP) or add it on top
• Agreed a lower price with the customer? Type the final amount — the difference shows as discount on the bill
• Share bills as PDF or print on A4 or thermal printers
• Send the bill on WhatsApp with one tap — your customer gets a link to view it and pay by UPI

GET PAID FASTER
• Your UPI QR code with the exact amount printed on every bill
• Bank details, logo, terms and signature on your bills
• Udhaar khata: see who owes you and send WhatsApp reminders

BOOKINGS FOR RENTAL & CATERING
• Tent house, mandap, sound, furniture, vehicle and costume rental: delivery and return dates, how many pieces are free on those dates, advance and security deposit
• Take items back and note damaged or lost pieces — charged on the bill
• Catering & tiffin: event orders with date, guests and menu, advance and balance

STOCK, PAYMENTS & EXPENSES
• Stock updates with every sale and purchase, low-stock alerts
• Record cash, UPI, card, bank and cheque payments
• Track rent, salary and other expenses to see real cash in hand

FOR YOUR TEAM
• Staff get their own login with limited access
• Use the same account on phone and computer (karobarhelp.com/app)
• Run more than one business from one mobile number
