Yearly subscription!!! My account has been charged for the yearly renewal subscription; however, the app is still not working until now. I have sent WhatsApp messages, made calls, and even sent emails, but unfortunately, I have received no reply. This lack of response is very disappointing and is causing me significant loss in my work and business. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Other applications facilitate their clients in updating from one to another. One is your application that makes it more difficult from one update to another. In the last update, you have given the option to stay online or subscribe. Without this, the application does not work. I spent about four hours transferring all my data to another application, got rid of the Diji khata after six years and buried your app in the cold storage.

Extremely Disappointed - Total Fraud! I performed a single transaction through DigiKhata POS a month ago, and the payment still hasn't been transferred to my account. I have tried contacting their helpline and WhatsApp support multiple times, but there is absolutely no response. This app is totally insecure and feels like a scam. I strongly request everyone to stay away from this app and not waste your hard-earned money or time. It’s a total fraud!
