I am extremely disappointed with the service and support of DigiKhata. I completed my KYC process in May, and today is 5 September, but my DigiPOS is still not activated. More than three months have passed, yet I have not received any clear explanation, proper update, or satisfactory solution regarding this issue.

Very disappointing experience with DigiKhata. I have been using this app for my business records, but for the last 3 months I am facing serious database issues. Entries are deleting automatically, some entries appear without my input, and backup is not working properly. I already contacted support, but I did not receive any proper solution. Business data is very important, and such issues create serious problems. DigiKhata team should improve database reliability and customer support.

The new UI after the update looks amazing and much more modern. However, there is an issue with the settlement process. Previously, we could scan cards all day and settle everything in a single batch, making payments easier to track. Now multiple settlements are created in one day, so some payments arrive while others remain pending, which causes confusion. Please add an option to keep settlements in a single batch like the previous version.
