Very disappointing experience with DigiKhata. I have been using this app for my business records, but for the last 3 months I am facing serious database issues. Entries are deleting automatically, some entries appear without my input, and backup is not working properly. I already contacted support, but I did not receive any proper solution. Business data is very important, and such issues create serious problems. DigiKhata team should improve database reliability and customer support.

Hello, Your app is very good, but I am using it in Afghanistan and the subscription button is not working. I have tried several times and also sent emails, but the problem is still not fixed. All my data and calculations are saved in this account, and this issue is causing me a lot of problems. Please either fix the subscription system or bring back the previous option where users could use it for free by watching advertisements. I hope you can solve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you

Very disappointing experience with DigiKhata. I used the app for months and stored important business records, customer details, and transaction data. There was no clear warning that essential features would suddenly be restricted after the so-called free trial ended. Users should be given proper notice and a reasonable grace period to export data or decide on a subscription. This lack of transparency has seriously damaged my trust in the platform.
