My problem with burgers has been timing the flips. Flip too soon the first time, leave a part of your burger on the grate. Flip too late, burn it.
I' used my SimpleSteak app to time the flips a few times, and it certainly helped. So I thought - well, I can make it even simpler. All I really need it to do is to ping me every two minutes for twenty minutes or so. Sear a bunch of burgers, move to lower heat, load a new bunch, repeat until done.
