Concrete Mix consists of five modules.

(1) Estimator:

This module provides appropriate calculate for proportioning of concrete i.e. helps to find the quantity of cement, sand and stone in concrete. This has some exclusive features like

(i) One can save mix ratio for different sites and one click insert feature is included.
(ii) Three previous result will be shown from database.
(iii) Shrinkage and wastage factor can be modified for the best output.

(2) Mix Design:

Mix Design is based on IS 10262:2009. Some advanced features are there like the provision of considering mineral admixture such as fly ash of calculating design mix.

(3) Nominal Mix:

This module provides direct proportion without mix design if the desired strength of concrete is less than 20 MPa. This module is based on IS456:2000 clause 9.3.

(4) Weight Volume Converter:

Sometimes mix design test result describes the quantity of materials in weight basis. For converting weight to volume ratio or vice versa this module can be used.

(5) Brick Calculator:

No. of bricks in any construction can easily be calculated using this module. It also helps to find the mortar amount required for brickwork.
