HOW TO PLAY PYRAMID SOLITAIRE
The pyramid widens upward, the bottom row narrowest. You can only play cards that aren't blocked from below. Tap two cards whose values add to thirteen to remove them. Aces count as 1, Jacks as 11, Queens as 12. Kings count as 13 and play alone — single-tap them to remove.
Clear all cards to win. The faster you finish and the fewer hints you use, the higher your score.
A QUIET KIND OF SOLITAIRE GAME
Pyramid Thirteen isn't designed to be addictive in the modern, exhausting sense. It's designed to give you something to do with your hands while your mind takes a break. The dark aubergine background, the gold accents, and the typeface are all chosen to feel a little more like a hardback puzzle book than a smartphone game.
Try the Daily Challenge for one quiet round each day. Stretch your skills on Hard. Or play Easy with the sound off and the music gentle. There's no wrong way to play this classic solitaire card game.
