NEON RUSH is a single-player casual puzzle game, and its core gameplay is as follows:
Core Gameplay (the 6 rules shown on the page)
1. Controls — Hold to thrust
Hold the screen to fire the jetpack and climb; release to glide down; tap for rapid pulse bursts.
2. Economy — Collect data chips
Grab glowing data chips along the route; land smoothly on rooftop pads to bank them (activating a pad costs 1 chip).
3. Failure — One-touch crash
One touch = death: hitting buildings, neon billboards, patrol drones, maglev trains, or falling to the street destroys you instantly.
4. Respawn — Checkpoint respawn
Respawn from the last activated pad; moving obstacles reset, and banked chips are never lost.
5. Three unique mechanics
Exhaust updraft lifts: air columns from building vents act as free elevators
Drone lock-on charges: if a drone's searchlight catches you, it locks on for 1s then charges at you
Maglev train schedule: trains cross the track at high speed every 14 seconds — watch the signal lights (green → yellow)
6. Goal
Follow the route: Old Town Alley → Billboard Row → Drone Zone → Updraft Lift → Maglev Track → Skybridge Pass → Signal Tower, then land smoothly on the FINISH pad to complete the delivery.
In one sentence
Hold to thrust, release to glide, dodge everything while collecting chips, respawn from checkpoints again and again, and finally deliver the data chip to the top of the signal tower — one touch equals death, just one more run.
NEON RUSH: Thrust, glide, collect chips, dodge hazards, deliver safely.
