Somehow I wasn't able to get tickets; I tried different cards, deleted and reinstalled the app, tried again and it always said there was an error - my visa card then declined the transaction even though I approved it.

Poorly explained and not intuitive. No idea how to load a photo. Can't book for tomorrow

Useless app. I downloaded it, followed all instructions, uploaded pictures, and then it doesn't accept credit card payment...what a waste of time. Instantly deleted.
