Poorly implemented Offered 10% discount for downloading and first use, no discount showed on checkout. Called to ask and told it should come via email, never did so I just purchased elsewhere. Only used the app for 5 mins but it seemed poor, slow loading items, doesn't display well on a tablet and some glitches on the phone. Add items to basket and when you're in the basket you can't click on the item to go back to the product page. Un installed already

Can't checkout on the app. Go to pay, get a blue box that says stop and that's it. Have to revert to the web based version to place any orders. App really needs to be looked at and the help desk when I contacted them told me to uninstall and reinstall didn't work.

The app is rubbish ,doesn't find simple searches and not the easiest to navigate
