a very useless shipping company with rude agents I have to text a number for waybill nonsense agent gave my package to a dispatch rider when I have not even given her a go ahead to give him the driver called an outrageous amount for the package I told him to return it to the store he said no now I'm here for pick up this guy is asking me for money for security very useless app with outrageous shipping fee

The app is very good and amazing; it is fast, reliable, and straightforward. The only issue I have with this app is their customer service, which is disappointing. If you encounter any issue and try to complain to them, it will take a week or more for them to respond. Please work on improving your customer service.
