first of all, the times of the bus arrival are wrong 50% of the time, arriving minutes earlier or later. Usually, the busses are late. to be fair, I do get a free presto pass as a student, but the app and the agency is terrible. edit winter makes it 5 times worse and Google maps works better so 1 star

Unreliable, gps data always well behind, and the most horrific thing are the video advertisements that pop up and are literally impossible to close!! What is that about? It's incredibly stressful and rude to everyone surrounding me. I'm mortified each time.

Tons of ads, and they all pop up at the worst time possible, for example, when you are trying to find the station when trying to catch the bus. Bus randomly disappears from the arrivial timer and reappears like 1 min before arriving. Unable to save locations for quick access. Sometimes unable to go to map view after checking the bus info. Plus a lot more problems.
