ANMYA Focus is an app blocker and screen time app that helps you block distracting apps, stop Shorts and Reels, interrupt endless scrolling, and protect your focus - without deleting the apps you still need.

Most focus apps stop at a timer. ANMYA closes the loophole that actually breaks concentration: short-form video. It detects and blocks YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and Facebook Reels - even inside apps you otherwise allow - and catches Shorts and Reels pages in your browser too.

ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE NOTICE

ANMYA Focus uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect distracting apps and short-form video screens so it can block them. It reads only what it needs for that single decision, on your device, and never uploads it. You can revoke this permission at any time in Android Settings.

A much smaller download, and speed bumps that read properly at any text size.

- ANMYA is around 50 MB smaller to download and install.
- Speed bumps no longer cut the message off mid-line when you use larger system text.
- When there is more to read, a soft fade at the edge now shows you the message continues.
- Your coach's face scales down gracefully at the largest text sizes so the words always fit.
