AnnaSutra is a mobile operations app for event caterers. Keep your menu, your recipes and your vendors in one place, then turn every customer event into a ready-to-send purchase order. Set up your business profile and start with sample data or an empty slate. Build a reusable master menu with dishes and the raw materials each one needs per 100 guests. Create an event, add its functions such as haldi, wedding lunch or reception, and attach a menu and guest count to each function. AnnaSutra works out the raw materials you need for every function, adds them up across the whole event, and lets you adjust any quantity before you order. Assign materials to your vendors, set default vendors once, and generate a vendor-wise purchase order as a PDF that you can share straight from your phone. Available in English, Hindi and Marathi. Your data stays on your phone: there is no sign-up, no account and no server, and the app works without an internet connection. Every new install includes a free 30-day trial.
