• HOW DOES BECA WORK?

1. You register and request free service (this triggers a notification to all lawyers in the area and state of the request, so the first lawyer to respond will assist you).

2. You understand your rights and negotiate freely with the lawyer. Among the negotiated fees, one of them will be the monthly subscription of R$34.90 paid through the app.

3. The lawyer will guide and assist you with the necessary procedures for your case.

4. You only continue if it makes sense for you. No pressure. No commitment.

(DESCRIPTION FOR LAWYERS)

Beca is completely free for lawyers. In return, Beca encourages lawyers to answer simple questions for free — always being able to choose when and how much to charge for answering many questions or complex questions.

Beca believes in the main triggers of persuasion: reciprocity and authority (the client perceives competence, simple language, and agility when communicating with the lawyer, being inclined to reciprocate the lawyer's courtesy and hire them).

In addition, Beca asks for the inclusion of a monthly fee of R$34.90 in the Fee Agreements of clients acquired through the Beca app, from the time of hiring until the final judgment of the case. Of this amount, R$12.90 goes to the lawyer monthly, who also receives 100% of the negotiated amounts as fees.
