C4 Motores is a management application developed exclusively for internal use by C4 Motores, a workshop specializing in the maintenance and repair of electric motors. The tool centralizes day-to-day operations in a single system, offering the team total control over orders, customers, and processes — from anywhere, at any time.
Order and Service Order Management
Create, track, and finalize service orders easily. View the status of each order in real time, from the moment the motor enters the workshop until delivery to the customer, ensuring that no demand goes unattended.
Task Management by Employee
Distribute tasks among C4 Motores employees and track the progress of each activity. The application allows you to know, at any time, who is responsible for each service being performed, contributing to a more organized and productive routine.
Task and Service Registration
Register the types of services performed in the workshop and use these registrations to standardize processes, speed up the opening of new orders, and maintain consistency in the services provided.

Customer Management
Maintain a complete customer database for C4 Motores, including service history, contact information, and a list of engines already serviced. This allows for faster service and a closer relationship with each customer.

Engine Photo Capture
Record the condition of engines upon arrival and departure from the workshop directly through the app. The images are linked to the respective service order, forming a complete and reliable visual history for each service.
