Each workflow supports step-by-step item verification, quantity handling, and mandatory before/after photo capture, with image processing and draft upload to keep submissions reliable on mobile networks.

The app also provides detailed job views with job-order/trip history, item and warehouse/customer context, activity timeline access, and document references (like delivery orders/picking lists). Workers can retake or manage photos where allowed by workflow and assignment rules. Operationally, it includes secure token storage, push notification token sync, light/dark/system appearance preferences, and multilingual UI support (English, Bengali, Chinese), making it a practical mobile execution layer for XXL’s backend-driven fulfillment processes.
