Group Testing Officer Domain (GTO): Group Discussion (topic understanding, confident speaking, logical reasoning, leadership demonstration), Group Planning Exercise (scenario analysis, priority setting, practical planning, clear presentation), Command Task (briefing understanding, team selection, clear instructions, time management), Half Group Task (cooperative problem-solving, resource sharing, rule following), Progressive Group Task (route planning, task distribution, teamwork, resourcefulness), Individual Obstacles (Commando Jump, Double Platform Jump, Zig-Zag Balance, Burma Bridge, Tarzan Swing, Monkey Bridge, Double Ditch, Right-Angle Descent, Hanging Tyres, Parallel Ropes — with fitness tips and completion techniques).
End Day: Final board conference, result announcement, and departure procedures.
