Worst experience of using this app. I forgot the password, but despite attempts, not less than a hundred, I am still unable to get OTP on my mobile for password reset. I even went to customer services, they took almost an hour to fix it, but invain. They said trouble is with service provider. But service provider said there is no issue with my line. Still I'm unable to use this stupid app so I decided not to shop from there. Too many stupid IT people work in it. Wasted so much time.

I started using this app for the past three months. Once I installed the app they provided me with 200 points. We need 500 points for 25 QR voucher. Last Thursday I was on 484 points and I did a purchase for 68 QR on Friday. But my app didn't update the points for 2 days. Today it is showing 284 points. They canceled the 200 initial points after I reached 500 points and I couldn't get the 25 QR voucher. This is not fair & this kind of marketing strategy will cost you valuable customers.
