THICK ACCENT AGENTS - I'm a customer, and have had agents answer my phones with incredibly thick accents. The whole reason I signed up for this is because they said it was only people in North America answering the phones. I expressed my opposition towards accents before I became a customer, and they promised me it wouldn't be an issue. This is unexpectable. I pay a premium for a North American company. I could get another company that is in another company, Philippines, with less of an accent.

Makes your phone unusable. They hire workers from India that get into your phone information. I had two business card information stolen from me through my phone and I can only imagine how this happened. They're app is glitchy and slowed my phone to an unusable condition.
