Unbelievable!!!! Indian customer service. Can't get any help ! 😭 Screwing up my account on purpose. Created 4 duplicates for each entered customer in my CRM. For two weeks now. Finally fixed it, and again turned it off! There is no time to deal with these problems unfortunately so another solution will have to be found.

THICK ACCENT AGENTS - I'm a customer, and have had agents answer my phones with incredibly thick accents. The whole reason I signed up for this is because they said it was only people in North America answering the phones. I expressed my opposition towards accents before I became a customer, and they promised me it wouldn't be an issue. This is unexpectable. I pay a premium for a North American company. I could get another company that is in another company, Philippines, with less of an accent.
