Digital Letter & Archive, or DLA, is an integrated correspondence management system for ANTAM, encompassing documents used internally and externally. It features technological updates to support more effective and modern corporate secretary business processes.
The DLA application consists of modules for Incoming Mail Management, Mail Disposition, Mail Distribution Tracking, Mail Monitoring, Outgoing Mail Recording, Letter Drafting (Letter Template Creation), Letter Numbering, Internal Correspondence (Official Memos), SSO Login, and integration with ANTAM's SharePoint (file upload).
