Unfortunately, I have a similar experience to many and will simple send back the product. The app experience is awful. I can't link my devices to my accounts because I get, wrong password error all the time. The devices are going back. And trust me, I wanted to like the devices but they just don't work properly. Edit: I did decide to keep the plugs. This app sucks but I switched to smart life and it works like a charm. I was able to link it to smart life

The app is awful! in order to make it work I have to deinstall and reinstall the app, then log in again and agree to all the terms again. Even clearing the cache does nothing. Apart from that, once it does work I do like the amount of choice in the settings for the bulb. If this crashing issue with the app could be resolved it'll be great, but at the moment I am really not enjoying it.

The app doesn't works at all, a spent a lot of money to get my house with these bulbs and now i can't use them. The app is crushing over and over again, even a cleared the caches or reinstalled it again a few times. Useless.
