DailyDotKids Admin is the owner and administrator app for licensed childcare centers and home-based daycares. Manage people, communication, and day-to-day operations from one dashboard—connected to the DailyDotKids Teacher and Parent apps.

Your center provisions access with secure invitation codes. This app is not open to public signup.

OWNER & TEAM CONTROLS
• Center-wide visibility across locations, classes, and settings
• Invite and manage your admin team with delegated permissions
• Assign location admins who only see campuses and tools you allow
• Configure shared classroom tablet mode and session timeouts

ENROLLMENT & ROSTERS
• Manage students, teachers, classes, and locations
• Waitlist management—add families and assign kids to classes
• Student profiles with class, location, and emergency contact context
• Track and resend pending invitations for teachers and parents

COMMUNICATION
• Send targeted bulletins to parents and staff
• Attach photos or PDFs to announcements
• Reduce scattered texts, paper handouts, and pickup confusion
