About this app

Moon Drive lets you book a ride, choose a pick-up point and destination, track the ride live, and manage your trips all from a single app.

The app includes two sections:

Passenger:

- Account creation;

- Address search;

- Immediate booking or reservation;

- Driver tracking on the map;

- Secure payment;

- Invoices, history, and account management.

Driver:

- Account creation and verification;

- Online posting;

- Receiving ride requests;

- Navigation to the pick-up point and destination;

- Earnings tracking;

- Subscription, vehicle documents, and account management.

Moon Drive uses location data only for ride-related features: displaying location, searching for nearby drivers, calculating estimates, tracking the ride in real time, and ensuring secure pick-up and drop-off.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Credit card information is not stored by Moon Drive. Drivers can receive their payments via Stripe Connect once their account is set up and verified.

Moon Drive is designed for the territories served by the platform, including Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Saint-Martin, and Saint-Barthélemy, depending on service availability.
