AvtoNote is car expense and maintenance tracking.

The app answers the questions an owner asks most often: how much the car actually drinks, what it costs per month, and when it is time to change the oil, the pads and the insurance.

WORKS OFFLINE
Records are entered in an underground car park, in a garage and on the road. The app never waits for the internet: a record is saved at once and reaches the server on its own as soon as you are back online. Nothing is lost and nothing is duplicated, even if the connection drops mid-send. Attachments behave the same way: a photo of a receipt waits on the phone and leaves with the queue.

HONEST FUEL CONSUMPTION
Consumption is measured between two full tanks. If the tank was filled partially, or a fuel-up went unrecorded, the app shows a dash and explains why instead of substituting an average. A made-up number looks exactly like a real one and can no longer be checked, so AvtoNote prefers an honest dash.

REMINDERS THAT OPEN THE RECORD
Insurance and inspection dates, a service due by mileage or by time — the reminder arrives in advance and opens the very record it is about, instead of just saying "it is time". The phone works them out itself, so they arrive without a connection too. When something cannot be worked out — the current mileage is unknown, say — the app shows the reason rather than an invented date.

A SERVICE VISIT AND QUOTES
Collect everything you want to tell the mechanic in advance: what is wrong, what you want done, the mileage, photos and a short video — an engine knock cannot be put in words. One link per repair shop sends that request to several places at once: each shop sees the car and the complaints, answers with a price and a date, and never learns the request went anywhere else. The answers arrive as one summary — all that is left is to choose.

WHAT YOU CAN KEEP
• Fuel-ups: litres or price with total — whatever the receipt is missing is calculated, — mileage, station, full or partial tank
• Consumption per 100 km and cost per kilometre
• Expenses: repairs, parts, car wash, insurance, taxes, fines
• Replacements and repairs: what was done and when — yourself, at a shop or from a request you sent; by whom, the amount and the warranty
• Service schedule: what to replace and how often — by mileage and by time; a recorded replacement closes the item and moves the date
• Documents: insurance, inspection card, contracts — with their expiry dates
• Attachments: a receipt, a work order, a scan — up to five files per record

ONE CAR OR A WHOLE FLEET
Records belong to a garage, and a garage can be run together. Invite family or colleagues by phone or e-mail — registered with AvtoNote or not, the invitation waits for them. The role decides what a person sees: a member runs the cars and their records together with you, while a driver is assigned specific cars — recording their mileage, fuel and expenses, attaching photos, reading documents and schedules. The members, their roles and their cars are managed in the Members section.

A CAR ON LEASE
If the car is leased, the card shows the contract: term, payment, buyout amount and what is left of the yearly mileage limit. The work the company has planned for a period is gathered in "What is ahead", where the convenient visit time is chosen too: the company sees the choice and confirms it.

PHONE AND COMPUTER
The same records open in the web cabinet at lk.avtonote.com — it works offline too and syncs with the phone.

NOTHING IN THE WAY
No adverts on the entry screens. Sign in with your e-mail: we send a code, no password to invent (password sign-in is there too). Two languages, Russian and English, switchable in the settings.
