About this app

Any-Buddy Pro is the app for Buddies: the local pros who take home-service jobs booked through Any-Buddy. Set your own services, rates and hours, accept the jobs you want, and get paid after each one.

Any-Buddy Pro is for pros working in the United States. We currently serve Massachusetts (Greater Boston).

GET SET UP
• Create your Buddy account and confirm your phone and email.
• Add your profile, a photo and a short note about your work.
• Choose the services you offer and set your own hourly rate for each.
• Set your working hours, a break and time off.
• Upload your government ID (front and back), plus any license or certificate. Our team reviews your documents before customers can book you.
• Add your bank account for payouts. Payouts run through Stripe.

RUN YOUR DAY
• Today shows your next job, new requests and what you've earned this month.
• Accept or decline job requests.
• See the job details, the customer's address and their notes.
• Get directions in your maps app, or call the customer.
• Tap "On my way" and choose your arrival time so the customer knows when to expect you.
• Start the job with the customer's start code and finish it with their finish code. You can add photos before you start.

GET PAID
• Earnings by month and by day, with each payout listed.
• Money from finished jobs goes to your bank account.
• Add a Visa or Mastercard debit card to get paid in about 30 minutes for a small fee (1.5%, at least $0.50).
• Card and bank numbers go to Stripe.
