ANZ Digital Key (ADK) allows you to log on and perform approval activities via Facial recognition, Fingerprint ID or a PIN in certain ANZ Digital Channels.
It enhances the channel security capabilities, providing a free, faster and more convenient method for customers to securely transact with ANZ.
ADK is applicable to specific ANZ customers and ANZ Digital Channels.
Please note:
1. To use this app:
a) Your ANZ Digital Services User ID must be authorised to use ADK.
b) Your device must be running Android version 9 (Pie) or later.
2. It is advisable to have protective software, such as antivirus, installed on your device for security purposes.
3. ADK may require access to the following device resources:
a) Camera - For scanning QR codes and enabling Facial recognition.
b) Biometrics - For Fingerprint ID or Facial recognition.
c) Notifications - To receive push notifications.
