Your money and personal details are protected because:
• ANZ Pacific App is guarded by high-grade encryption and we ensure none of your personal or banking details are stored on your device.
• Security Questions provides a second level of authentication for registration.
• ANZ Pacific App locks you out if you repeatedly use the wrong security PIN, Security Questions or password, and will time-out if the app is left running for too long with no activity.

How to get set up:
Getting the ANZ Pacific App is easy. To get it, you’ll need to be registered for ANZ Internet Banking first.
You will also need an Android phone or tablet running Android operating system version 7.0 (or above).
To use the ANZ Pacific App, you must have a valid ANZ Internet Banking User ID and Password.
• Open the ANZ Pacific App and select your country
• Enter your User ID and Password (please ensure you read, understand and accept the Terms and Conditions)
• Set up a new 4-digit PIN and re-enter it to confirm
• Once you've entered your PIN you'll need to complete the two security questions, when successful, you will be able to access the ANZ Pacific App.

Update was really needed thanks. Now you can see your transactions easily. You can add and save recipients for money transfer. Even save your bill account details like efl and water authority. UI looks nice and clean. I just have two gripes with the app albeit small. First you have to punch in your PIN each time you minimise the app. Second is the dark mode doesn't really work.

Hi, app looks nice in the latest version, but has a few extremely annoying bugs: - Every time I try to download a statement, the app crashes. - App sometimes crashes when I use Bill Pay. - In Bank Mail, if I move the cursor anywhere in the box and type a character, the cursor immediately jumps to the last character of the text box. This is on a Samsung Galaxy S20+. Please fix these. Thank you.

The old app was way better. There is no longer an option to select my templates of bill payments on the new app. It crashes all the time while using and suddenly shuts you out of the app. Too many bugs. After entering your pin, the page keeps spinning but doesn't log in. Also, we can't generate or download statements from the app. ANZ really messed up their app this time. Might have to delete app and stand in line at the bank again.
