Does not remember settings. Has very difficult time actually using bluetooth. You often have to power down your phone and turn it back on to get it to work. And every time you do it will forget your settings. Will not stay focused on an object. As soon as you get something in focus it will instantly jump and go out of focus.

I can't seem to put it on ? ... I don't know if I am doing something wrong.. the only way I know that it's on is through my bluetooth, which only conects while its charging, but there is no sign that its actually on. I am using the smart X and the battery is fully charged, I don't know how to reach the makers, it was sent to me from the u.k, else I would have returned it. wasted so much money on it and yet I can't use it. This app also.. that's just straight up USELESSS!

I want to say thank you a o c h u a n for the updates that you guys continue to start to update them now thank you so much that we may continue to use your tripods and because of that eventually I will get a new tripod with better features and everything that's my promise if Yahweh permits I had issues the first time because my phone was outdated when I got a new phone and hooked up this app to it that it's been it's been ongoing and precise working perfectly thank you so much
